SHEF Rhome Community Food Outreach is the heart of our mission. We provide free, high quality meals to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Our approach is rooted in dignity, compassion, and accessibility. If you are hungry, you will be fed. No barriers. No judgment.

Shelf Help Grocery Education Program
Shelf Help empowers individuals and families to make smarter, healthier, and more economical grocery choices. Through hands on guidance and education, we help participants stretch their food budgets while improving nutrition and household stability.

• How to shop smart using labels, sales, and meal planning
• Education on nutritious and affordable food options
• Support for families navigating limited food resources
SHEF Home Culinary and Household Support
SHEF Home brings practical life skills directly into the home. We provide basic culinary education to help families prepare healthy meals confidently, while also partnering with landlords to address pest related household concerns that impact health and safety.

She Rhome Women and Family Essentials Program
She Rhome exists to support women and parents with essential personal care items that are often overlooked but critically needed. By providing monthly sanitary supplies and baby essentials, we help reduce stress and promote dignity for families.
